Charles Bailey has been focused on all things NERO for over 25 years. Having fought through many of the major arcs, gained nobility and assisted multiple times over in different operational compacities., it was a sure thing to say "Yes!" to Charles joining Border Lands team as a Board of Director.

Honoring Charles is our #1 mission now as sadly, on June 22nd, 2023, Charles passed away. We continue to honor his efforts in NERO as a permanent member of our Board of Directors and will always ask "What would Charles do?" when situations require appropriate mediation.
